Green Gage

Santa Rosa
Japanese plum. Large, oval dark red fruit with
blue bloom. Firm, yellow flesh, dark red near the skin. Rich and tart
flavor. Excellent for fresh eating.
Yellow Egg
European plum. Outstanding quality. Firm, juicy, yellow flesh. Tart
when first picked, but when fully ripe has a rich and sweet flavor. Good
for fresh use or canning.
